Not too long ago I went down to purple country in Manhattan, Kansas to do one of the first engagements sessions in my professional career to photograph this lovely couple, Ted & Emily.
Holy crap. It’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything on this blog. Many things have changed in my life and the biggest one of those changes is that I have moved in to an apartment in Kansas City, Missouri with the best girl and best furry little man to have graced the planet. So with the new change in scenery and the resurfacing of my existence to the internet, it is only appropriate that this first post in months to be on local KC clothing love.
I recently took a break from life and visited Arizona with my girlfriend Sarah Terranova aka Cucina & Camera. We flew in from KC and arrived in Phoenix late at night and the first thing we had to do was pick a rental car.
A few weeks ago I contacted Jayhawk Motorsports. They invited me down to the shop where they built their racecars.
I went to Wichita, KS this past weekend for my current car project. On my way out I met up with Max Krubsack to photograph his amazingly slick and sexy Lexus LS400. Straight VIP style Yakuza cruiser. Definitely one of my favorites and one I’ve been wanting to photograph for a damn long time.
Last night I headed up to Wichita, KS and visited a fellow by the name of Jon Hanson at his bud’s house. Jon recently purchased a sweet Mercedes 2400 Diesel and it’s a retro wet dream. He anticipated dropping the car by cutting the OEM springs so that it would sit a little bit lower until he gathers the resources to put this ride on an air bag suspension.
Last Friday I set sail to Kansas City to photograph Josh Wang’s BMW E92 335i coupe. Definitely a neat little car. Had a twin turbo application with an M3 front bumper and a blacked out kidney grill. Solid dude for sure and a neat little 3 series BMW. I showed up to his place and he had just got done detailing his car. I climbed into his car and he asked, “Where should we go?”
